SK Rent-a-Car suggests competencies based on the direction of business model innovation and operates various courses and workshops to internalize those competencies. Furthermore, we analyze the feedback and effectiveness on courses and workshops, to incorporate into the next courses.
SK Rent-a-Car has established an education system for common competencies to provide various educational opportunities for all members.
In 2023, We reorganized the common competencies of our employees for them to quickly improve their skills(upskilling) and acquire new technologies(reskilling).
We defined the necessary competencies as ‘Biz. Capability’, ‘Design Skill’, ‘Digital & Data Skill’, ‘Values’ and offered online and offline training.

SK Rent-a-Car provides online learning platforms so that members can study the learning contents for self-development anytime, anywhere.
Based on the company's direction for change and the needs of employees, SK Rent-a-Car regularly conducts special lectures called “R-jja Lecture”
by inviting speakers from various fields such as mobility and ESG. We also create a proactive learning environment by supporting certification acquisition and participation in external education programs.
Since 2022, SK Rent-a-Car has been supporting the acquisition of a National Certificate of Vehicle Inspector for members related to car rental business.
Also, we support the acquisition of a certificate related to AI/DT/Tech to help our members grow future capabilities.
Furthermore, to strengthen ‘Sales’ capabilities, we provide a training program called ‘Renaissance’ to keep up with rapidly changing customer needs.
In addition to this, we select employees to participate in SK group training programs in order to cultivate expertise in business planning and business model innovation.
