SK Rent-a Car’s human rights policy consists of 13 detailed guidelines : non-discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, marriage, etc.; freedom of association; prohibition of forced and child labor; safety and health; responsible management of business partners; guarantee of environmental rights; protection of customer rights; and protection of women’s rights.
SK Rent-a-Car established the human rights charter in 2022 in accordance with the UDHR, UNGP and ILO conventions and prepared detailed operating guidelines. With these guidelines, we encourage all our stakeholders including employees as well as those from subsidiaries and partners to fully understand and comply with our human rights policy.
SK Rent-a-Car respects the human rights of all stakeholders who have a relationship with SK Rent-a-Car, including its members. SK Rent-a-Car's human rights policy stipulates that there is no discrimination due to gender, age, country of origin, race, religion, marriage, pregnancy or childbirth, and strongly prohibits major human rights-related matters such as forced labor and child labor. To create positive values in the environment where everyone gets respected, SK Rent-a-Car recognizes the importance of human rights management and plans to continuously check and improve its effective operating system.

SK Rent-a-Car oversees human rights-related matters within the Board of Directors based on policies and roadmap established by the dedicated Human Rights Management Division. We will also disclose our progress in implementing human rights management system to our stakeholders.
SK Rent-a-Car implements a due diligence process for detailed diagnoses of human rights risks related business activities and contributes to improving all stakeholders’ human rights with regular evaluations and results sharing.
