  • Non-Discrimination Principle

    SK Rent-a-Car has specified equal treatment and the prohibition of gender discrimination as principles in its employment regulations, to not only comply with standards but also secure core competencies and competitive advantages through diversity.

  • Protecting Woman and Maternity

    SK Rent-a-Car provides a system for maternity leave, infertility leave, childcare leave and family care leave as well as childcare time allowance, shortened working hours for childcare, etc., and have established an on-site daycare center and lactation rooms, all of which aim to ensure that female employees fully utilize their capabilities and prevent career breaks resulting from pregnancy and childbirth. Furthermore, we are encouraging empowerment of female employees by expanding opportunities for leadership and participation in decision-making, and fostering female executives through leadership education. These efforts have been recognized, resulting the selection as a “Family-Friendly Corporation” by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in 2021.

  • Recruiting Employees with Disability

    SK Rent-a-Car have set separate employment goals for employees with disabilities through our workforce management plan, supported remote-working based on their situation and provided IT equipment to ensure a stable work environment. As a result, the company achieved a disability employment rate higher than the legal requirements in the first half of 2022 and established a target of 3.1% or higher employment rate in 2023. When employing people with disabilities, we consider duties and capabilities suitable for those employees, not merely complying with the mandatory quota, which are reflected in the employment plan.

  • Work-Life Balance

    SK Rent-a-Car aims to help its employees achieve a healthy work-life balance through various welfare policies and support schemes.
    We implement support schemes such as Flex time, family care leave and childcare leave for the spouse to allow employees to flexibly adjust their working schedules. Additionally, we seek to enhance the quality of employees’ lives and assist to make their lives more stable with facilities such as an in-company fitness center, medical room and center for mind and body training as well as offering an intra-company labor welfare fund, support for school tuition fees of employees’ children and support for club activities.
