Ethical Management and Compliance

SK Rent-a-Car seeks to create a transparent corporate culture and gain trust from stakeholders

SK Rent-a-Car promotes an ethical management system based on the 3Cs(Code, Consensus and Compliance) focusing on the SK Management System(SKMS) and supervises activities related to ethical management and anti-corruption.

Enactment of the Code of Ethics

We established the Code of Ethics in 2020 to pursue ethical responsibilities as well as economic and legal responsibilities.
Additionally, we have established Code of Ethics Practice Guidelines to help employees better understand and appropriately implement our Code of Ethics.
All employees confirm their obligation to comply with ethical norms and guidelines through an annual Ethics Commitment Pledge and we also recommend that our business partners be fully aware of and adhere to the guidelines.
SK Rent-a-Car will continuously update the guidelines and assist our employees to make proper decisions when faced with ethical dilemmas while performing their duties.

    Since 2016, SK Rent-a-Car has been conducting annual ethical management education programs, including anti-corruption sessions, for our employees for a higher standard of ethics. When faced with ethical dilemmas in work-related situations, it offers guidelines to make a reasonable judgment and improves employees’ understanding and practicality of ethical management. In addition, we have organized business site-based workshops for practical ethical management, aimed at improving the employees’ decision-making skills through discussions on ethical risks and dilemma cases at the division level. Team discussions were conducted by leaders with employees exploring in depth ethical risk cases of each division.
