Declaration of the CEO’s statement for voluntary compliance

Dear respected members,
As a leading player in the forefront of the domestic rental car business, SK Rent-a-Car has established a transparent and fair-trade culture and practiced genuine ESG and ethical management to enhance the corporate social value. Along with our efforts, we have been continuously improving the internal compliance system with reference to the environment for fair trade in line with the global competition era, a risk serious enough to threaten the existence of companies violating fair trade-related laws and regulations.

SK Rent-a-Car intends to develop the Compliance Program(CP) to continue our move towards achieving our main goal.
The Compliance Program(CP) is a system internally operated for the company to abide by fair trade-related laws, which is a system to effectively manage fair trade-related risks that are possible in business. The company adopts the program to systematize and quantify fair trade-related risks, making a leap forward as a sustainable firm.
We appointed a chief compliance officer who is responsible for overall CP operations. The officer has the actual authority and responsibility for its effective operation. From now on, we will establish a concrete code of conduct and guidelines to prevent fair trade-related risks so that our compliance system acts as a stronger and more effective measure.

Most of all, we definitely need your active support and participation in the program to be established and spread throughout the company. Please pay attention to CP-related activities to come and participate in our reporting system if you encounter fair trade-related violations within the company.

SK Rent-a-Car will reward employees who have contributed to the vitalization of CP within the company and make sure that those violating related laws and regulations receive heavy punishment, all of which are our efforts to establish the compliance culture within the company. We would regularly disclose its activities and performance at our website outwardly. We promise to build trust with respect to a fair and transparent corporate culture for our stakeholders. We appreciate your support.
