SK Rent-a-Car (hereinafter referred to as the “company”) operates the following ‘anti-corruption policies’ to pursue the continuous happiness of its members and stakeholders and to build a fair and transparent corporate culture.
Through the deliberation of the BOD, we established an anti-corruption management system compliant with global standards and formulated an internal anti-corruption policy. Through these efforts, SK Rent-a-Car headquarters, Jeju EV Park, and Anseong sales center obtained ISO 37001 certification from the British Standards Institution (BSI) in October 2022, becoming the first in the industry.
SK Rent-a-Car operates a reporting channel for those who have witnessed a violation of the ethical management principles, and the reporting can be done by name or anonymously. Any action that involves ethical problems, such as malpractice against business partners, a lack of respect among employees, or violations of social values, is subject to reporting. In addition, we operate a whistleblower protection program to ensure that whistleblowers do not face any punitive measures or discrimination. The whistleblower’s identity, report content, and information of those who cooperate in the investigation are kept strictly confidential.

SK Rent-a-Car ensure preemptive risk management by drafting checklists for major business areas and having each business unit voluntarily review its status and solve issues. The checklists consist of categories for assessing risks appropriate to the characteristic of each job, including HR management, cost management, procurement/business partner management, sales/bond management, investment management system, inventory management, and unusual factors. In addition, the Corporate Audit Team conducts regular business unit-level audits, ongoing monitoring, and assessments of work practices to identify and improve risk factors.
