SK Rent-a-Car supports business partners to strengthen their competitiveness and makes efforts to create a social enterprise ecosystem

SK Rent-a-Car builds ties for mutual growth and cooperation on trust with our business partners, and seeks to develop a sustainable management system for both through strengthened cooperation.

ESG management policy

SK Rent-a-Car considers ethical integrity, reliability, and occupational safety and health standards as key factors when selecting business partners.
We conduct an assessment of ethical management for all potential partners, and request the Ethics Pledge, Code of Conduct, and a checklist for occupational safety and health standards when signing a contract.

  • Safety Management

    SK Rent-a-Car has launched a Safety and Health Council to create a safe working environment reflective of the opinions of business partners.
    The council conducts meetings on a monthly basis, with a total of 9 meetings from April 2022. We are planning to increase the participants and enhance the system.

Business Partners Support Performance

SK Rent-a-Car participates in the Mutual Growth Fund of the SK Group, operating a program to provide funding and reduce loan interest for business partners. Moreover, we support the employees of our business partners for self-improvement at SK the Growth Mobile Academy and pursues the growth of both employees and organization as a whole.

    • Make contracts worth KRW 400 million with “Happynarae” for equipment and vehicle supplies

    • Establish improvement measures for business partners’ ESG performance
    • Conduct ESG evaluation to improve ESG performance of business partners
    • Financial support(interest reduction) and education support
  • Revision of Supplierrelated Regulations
    • Reinforcing aspects of fair trade, mutual growth, and safety and health management in purchase regulations, Procurement Review Committee rules, and supplier registration rules(April 2023)
